Another painting deed.

My most recent painting deed in the pet portrait department, has been to paint Harry the cat.
Acrylic on A4 board.

Harry was a long haired silver, grey, tinged with blue, very fluffy cat. (Sadly passed away the previous year).
I had four photos to go by. Two I used to judge the colour, while the other two were used for composition. These composition photos had been taken indoors (I think with a flash) Harry looked like a biscuit creamy colour in these photos, so I had to ignore the colour and instead look at the two outdoor photos. He had particular mark
ings to his face. e.g.. Harry Potter style marking above the eye. Hence the name.
I feel I've got to know Harry through looking at his photos and painting him, trying to get detail and fluffy tail.
This painting involved eating only one-third of a small bar of chocolate! (I'm trying to cut back on the painting treats).
